Effective communication is largely trainable. During this course you will learn everything about you with conversation techniques. You get assignments that you practice at your workplace and at home. In this way you experience the hidden power of communication structure, non-verbal communication and you create your own and effective style of communication.

This course is a compulsory part of the Young Professional program.
